An essential course for anyone on a tight budget, these sessions will cover how to shop for and cook a range of delicious, healthy meals and how to create a meal plan and reduce waste. By the end of the course you'll be able to: State healthy eating messages and apply these to meal plans Explore shopping techniques to maximise value for money Apply knoweledge to make a 2-week meal plan to maximise use of food and reduce waste State the benefits of reducing waste including financial and environmental
