Course Description

Decoupage a glass bottle/ box and lino print cards for a gift. Learn how to decoupage a glass bottle or tray and experiment with lino-cutting and printing. Get creatives by lino printing your own unique cards for friends and family. Create unique pieces of art for you or your family. Decoupage is a craft technique that involves cutting out pictures and applying them to an object before sealing it with varnish. The word "decoupage" comes from the French verb découper, which means ‘to cut out’. The process of decoupage involves gluing images to pretty much any surface you can think of, and then coating with a varnish. Some people call decoupage “painting with paper”, because the images you glue onto the item truly can look like they were painted.
