This knowledge-based course provides a comprehensive grounding in the basic principles and practices of effective market research and practical information able to implement what you have learnt in order to effectively conduct market research.
By the end of the course you'll be able to:
Compare secondary research industry trends and target market information such as demographics, professional bodies, partners, internet research skills, competition Identify and describe primary research avenues, for example, questionnaires, visits, surveys
Identify when and why each type of research would be used
Create a market research plan and propose a timeframe to undertake the work
Understand qualitative & quantitative research
