Getting the finances right is fundamental to the success of a business. Part of our support package for new or start-up businesses, this 4-week course explores in detail the financial elements of running a business, focusing on systems and procedures to ensure your business thrives. This course will help you learn and apply fundamental financial management skills to your small business. By the end of this course, you will have skills in developing a solid financial foundation and maintaining standard processes around the financing of a small business. By the end of the course, you'll be able to: Analyse and manage businesses finances Describe and utilize the 3 key financial elements of profit and loss sheets, balance sheets and cash flow statements Apply this knowledge to run a business more efficiently Demonstrate how to model a business’s finances and show how to improve these Please note that, due to the nature of ur funding, this course is only free for London residents.
