Course Description

Must have experience with a sewing machine or completed one of our other beginners’ courses. Got old clothes that need a bit of care or attention? Got some favourite items that need mending? Those trousers that are too long or that top that you love but is too big! This brand-new course is focused on mending and altering clothes and upcycling clothes destined for the bin! Join our fabulous couture designer tutor, Coral, to revamp your wardrobe, without breaking the bank! Plus have fun and meet new people. Now required £10.00 refundable deposit. You will be eligible to get the deposit back if you attend every session. Or, if you can’t attend, you must: · Email or contact the tutor or admin team on Training@gcda.org.uk to let them know you can’t make it. · Still attend at least 70% of the course. Do not book on if you think you cannot attend 70% of the course. · Please give as much notice as possible. · If you don’t show up and don’t get in touch, you will lose your deposit. Refund is not automatic and must be requested at the end of the course. If leaving a £10 deposit is a barrier because of financial difficulties, please contact training@gcda.org.uk to talk to us about this
