Gain knowledge and skills to confidently set up and use social media accounts appropriately
Having worked with many new businesses, we know that social media is an area of confusion, complexity but also hope and possibility. Led by an industry expert, this course is specifically aimed at new and start-up businesses to support them to open accounts and be able to use them effectively to build their brand and customer base.
There are many easy wins that you'll learn, ensuring you can maximise the opportunities that social media offers, whilst avoiding common pitfalls. This course will have you set up and running effectively by the end of the 6 weeks.
By the end of the course you'll be able to:

Complete a social media health check for a business
Identify the most appropriate media accounts for a business and set them up
Apply new knowledge to be able to link accounts for promotional purposes
