Course Description

Do you want to become more organised for your small business? Do you want to save time when budgeting or working on finances? Learn how Excel can do this for you. This course is suitable for beginners and for people with a little knowledge of Excel or who want to refresh their knowledge Learn how to create functions for, addition, subtraction, multiplication, percentages and more. There will also be instruction on how to create Charts in Excel for presentations. The course will be set in the context of use of Excel for small businesses. YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN LAPTOP FOR THIS COURSE Contact us at training@gcda.org.uk if you have any queries. Please also use this email address if the course is fully booked and you would like to be placed on a reserve list. Due to large numbers of people booking onto our courses and not turning up, we are now taking a £10 deposit for each course to help ensure attendance. You will be eligible to get the deposit back if you attend every session. Or, if you can’t attend, you must: · Email or contact the tutor or admin team on Training@gcda.org.uk to let them know you can’t make it. · Still attend at least 70% of the course. Do not book on if you think you cannot attend 70% of the course. · You need to give us 24 hours notice if you will not be able to attend · If you don’t show up and don’t get in touch, you will lose your deposit. If leaving a £10 deposit is a barrier because of financial difficulties, please contact training@gcda.org.uk to talk to us about this You must request the return of the deposit. The request must be made within 7 days of the course finishing.
